We do everything from small Flash sites, to huge, fully scaleable sites complete with entirely developed back ends and content management systems. We also create all other forms of web media, games, viral and social networking sites. If it's web related, we do it, and do it well. JOB DESCRIPTION Our developers work within a team developing innovative and beautifully hand-coded interactive features. Excellent general programming practices, a strong working knowledge of object-oriented design principles, and advanced actionscript knowledge are a must. Ideal candidates for this position will be able to accurately convey the vision of the creative and art directors and will not be afraid to get their hands wet with a little Photoshop and HTML/PHP if needed. We like independent people who are proud of their code and see that the aesthetics of the project naturally flow with the code. We'd like you to have 2-3+ years industry experience, but maybe you're a rockstar already. Sound like you?
