We're on the lookout for a Growth Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team, someone passionate about connecting acquisition strategies with personalized communication to deliver exceptional results.


Role Overview:

As our Growth Manager, you will play an essential role in bridging effective customer acquisition with immersive 1:1 communications. Your expertise will not only manage our clients' media partners but also oversee the hands-on development of email content calendars. Collaborating closely with our product team, you will ensure that campaigns are seamlessly integrated with the website, enhancing user experience and engagement.

Your leadership will be crucial in weekly status meetings with clients, where you will present results, report on current projects, and strategize on the content calendar. Your role is central to managing both media and email content calendars, working alongside the product team to devise strategies for data capture, thereby building enriched customer profiles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the relationship with media partners, ensuring alignment with our growth strategies.

  • Develop and oversee the email content calendar, crafting engaging and personalized communications.

  • Collaborate with the product team to enhance campaign integration with the website, optimizing user experience for engagement.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content for media and email campaigns.

  • Strategize on data capture initiatives with the product team to create enriched customer profiles.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive 30, 60, and 90-day strategies for media and CRM initiatives, aiming for sustained growth and engagement.

  • Conduct weekly meetings with clients to present results, status updates, and collaboratively plan future content strategies.

  • Continuously analyze performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, adjusting strategies as necessary. 

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in a growth marketing role, preferably within a DTC or agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Experience managing media partners and content calendars, with a knack for crafting compelling and personalized email communications.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of leading client meetings and collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to devise innovative strategies for customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Hands on experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools, with a strong interest in data-driven marketing.
  • A functional understanding of cross-channel tagging and data capture.

  • This is a remote position (US only)

  • Bukwild is located in Sacramento, CA


  • Between $90,000 - $125,000 annually based on role fit, prior work, and experience.
